Eligibility to Use kxb8
To register and use the kxb8 platform you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted; (c) provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration; (d) not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law; and (e) not be an employee, agent, or close relative of a kxb8 employee or agent.
kxb8 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

To access the full kxb8 platform you must complete the registration process and create an account. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your account details if any of your information changes. kxb8 is not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate account information.
kxb8 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee continued access to the Platform. kxb8 may suspend or close any account at any time if continued operation of that account would breach these Terms or any applicable law.
As part of our KYC process, kxb8 may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or in response to regulatory requirements. Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, or driving licence, together with recent proof of address. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Payments
Deposits and Withdrawals
kxb8 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit is ৳100. All deposits are credited in BDT. kxb8 does not charge fees for deposits via supported mobile wallets; however, your wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which kxb8 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals are processed to the mobile wallet used for the original deposit. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. kxb8 processes withdrawal requests within one to three business days, though in practice most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad complete within 15 minutes. kxb8 may conduct additional verification before approving a withdrawal.
kxb8 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Any funds identified as fraudulently obtained will be forfeited. All transactions are subject to standard AML compliance checks.
Promotions
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
From time to time kxb8 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, or other incentives. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. Where no specific terms are published, these general Terms apply.
Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are subject to a rollover requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotional terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the rollover condition is satisfied. kxb8 may void bonus winnings where prohibited methods were used to meet the wagering requirement.
kxb8 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, including where a promotion was offered in error or where abuse is detected. Players found to have abused a promotional offer may have their account suspended and any associated bonus winnings voided.

Prohibited conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kxb8 platform: (a) providing false or fraudulent information during registration or at any time thereafter; (b) using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform; (c) colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; (d) exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities; (e) engaging in money laundering or financing illegal activities through the Platform; (f) creating multiple accounts; and (g) making chargebacks or reversals on deposits.
kxb8 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct. Any balance in such an account may be forfeited in full, and kxb8 may pursue further legal remedies as appropriate. Decisions made by kxb8 regarding prohibited conduct are final and binding.
Intellectual property

All content on the kxb8 Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of kxb8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of kxb8.
Liability
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kxb8, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content therein.
kxb8 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. kxb8's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your kxb8 account in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Amendments
Amendments to These Terms
kxb8 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Revisions become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Where changes are material, kxb8 may at its discretion provide notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, your only recourse is to stop using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms were last updated in January 2026. kxb8 recommends that all registered players review these Terms at least once every three months to remain informed of any changes that may affect their use of the Platform.
